THIS IS NOT A CONTEST AND THERE IS NO PRIZE OR COMPENSATION FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.

Jones Road Beauty is searching for real women to be considered for our upcoming Your Skin Foundation Stick campaign. We believe beauty looks like everyone, and we want our campaigns to reflect that. This casting call is your opportunity to be considered for an in-person shoot in Montclair, New Jersey. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application.

 

1. WHO CAN APPLY

This casting call is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who:

•  Are at least 18 years of age at the time of submission;

•  Submit a complete application as described below; and

•  Are able to travel to Montclair, New Jersey at their own expense if selected.

Professional models, influencers, and individuals represented by agents or managers are welcome to apply. This casting call is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited.

 

2. SUBMISSION PERIOD

The submission period opens upon publication of this casting call and closes at 11:59 PM ET on March 6, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. All deadlines are based on Eastern Time.

 

3. HOW TO APPLY

During the Entry Period, applicants must complete the online application form in full, including:

•  Your name, email address, and other requested contact information;

•  At least one photo (and, if requested, a short video) as specified in the application form; and

•  Any additional information requested in the form.

Limit one (1) submission per person. Incomplete submissions may be disqualified at Jones Road Beauty’s sole discretion. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to apply.

Jones Road Beauty may or may not confirm receipt of your application.

 

4. HOW YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE USED

Photos and videos submitted as part of your application will be used solely for internal evaluation purposes to determine whether you will be invited to participate in the shoot. Your submission materials will not be published, shared publicly, or used in any Jones Road Beauty marketing, advertising, or social media content. Your personal information will be used to contact you in connection with this casting call and in accordance with Jones Road Beauty’s Privacy Policy.

 

5. SELECTION PROCESS

A panel of Jones Road Beauty representatives will review all eligible submissions received during the Entry Period. Selections will be made in Jones Road Beauty’s sole discretion, taking into account factors such as the applicant’s look, aesthetic, and alignment with the campaign vision.

SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE SELECTION. JONES ROAD BEAUTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELECT ANY APPLICANT IT CHOOSES, OR NO APPLICANT AT ALL.

 

6. NOTIFICATION

Jones Road Beauty will begin reaching out to selected applicants on or around March 20, 2026 via the email address provided in the application. Jones Road Beauty will make up to two (2) attempts to contact each selected applicant. Jones Road Beauty is not responsible if a selected applicant is unreachable or receives notification too late to participate. Applicants who do not receive notification should assume they were not selected. Jones Road Beauty is under no obligation to notify applicants who were not selected.

 

7. SHOOT PARTICIPATION

The photo and video shoot is scheduled to take place on April 7, 2026 in Montclair, New Jersey. Selected applicants are solely responsible for their own travel to and from the shoot location. Jones Road Beauty will not provide or reimburse travel or lodging expenses.

Prior to the shoot, selected participants are required to attend a short virtual pre-production call (via Zoom or Google Meet) during the week of March 23, 2026, where we'll walk you through everything you need to know about shoot day. Multiple call times will be offered — if none work for you, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Compensation details will be provided as per pre-negotiated terms upon acceptance. Selected applicants will be required to sign a separate Model Grant & Release Agreement prior to or on the day of the shoot as a condition of participation. This agreement will grant Jones Road Beauty and Just Steven LLC the right to use photographs and video footage taken during the shoot for digital media purposes, including ecommerce, social media, and email communications, for a period of one year. Selected applicants who do not sign the release will not be permitted to participate in the shoot.

AN INVITATION TO THE SHOOT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY RESULTING PHOTOGRAPHS OR VIDEO CONTENT WILL BE USED IN ANY JONES ROAD BEAUTY CAMPAIGN OR MARKETING MATERIALS.

 

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By submitting an application, all applicants agree to release and hold harmless Jones Road Beauty, Just Steven LLC, Bobbi Brown Evolution LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses, or losses arising from participation in this casting call or, if selected, participation in the shoot, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond the Releasees’ control that may cause the casting call or shoot to be disrupted, postponed, or cancelled; and (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with participation in the casting call or shoot.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Releasees are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected submissions; unauthorized access to or alteration of submission materials; or technical malfunctions of any kind. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CASTING CALL OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOOT.

 

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Jones Road Beauty reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this casting call at any time without liability in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, or other unforeseen events.

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By submitting an application, each applicant acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of Jones Road Beauty, which are final and binding in all matters related to this casting call. Jones Road Beauty reserves the right to disqualify any applicant at any time for failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or related to this casting call shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

 

12. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Jones Road Beauty’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
